Grind and Polish refers to the grinding and polishing that went into the first album. The title track is named after it, taking over 100 hours to complete.  Being the first album, this was an experimental album on many levels.  From learning techniques in editing and mixing to exploring the musical creativity that has been locked inside, the album flows like high and low tides. It ranges from progressive rock, to chill-out music, then a rock anthem, followed by a light jazzy piece.  In the middle is a fun disco dance tune, followed by some psychedelic music interwoven between spacy and ambient works.
Grind and Polish is a dynamic album, full of life and the experience was fresh and new, giving it a raw form of energy, untamed and uncharted, yet expressive.This album is fir if you let your lover feed you with your eyes closed, eat crackers in your bed and every time you have sex is like the first time.
