Khu! A Halcyon is a mythical bird said to breed in a floating nest at sea during the winter
during which time it charms the wind and waves into calm. Khu is the "spirit", the radiant shining one, the transfigured dead which ascends to heaven and dwells among the gods, or among the immortal pole stars which never set.
